Will my contact person at Comm Direct stay the same?
Yes! The Comm Direct employees you know who handle two-way radio purchases are now BAYCOM employees. Plus, you may get to meet new faces from the veteran BAYCOM team.
Will my purchasing options change?
Yes, but in a good way! You’ll still have the extensive two-way radio options you had before plus several others like BAYCOM’s Toughbook, the entire Motorola Solutions Safety ecosystem including our surveillance, analytics, and evidence capture solutions.
What if I am a customer who rents and buys?
It’s simple. If you need to rent and purchase equipment, work with your current account representative who will get you exactly what you need. Our internal process helps create a seamless experience, and your rep will work through any questions or concerns along the way.
